JUNE 2008 PROJECT OF THE MONTH
COMMERCIAL REALTY GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW OFFICE CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT

InterPark Office Campus

The Commercial Realty Group of Morris Plains, New Jersey announced that it has purchased the former Oak Lake Plaza development site in Parsippany, now to be known as “InterPark Office Campus”.

Begun in the early 1980’s by a partnership consisting of local developer William Foody and the Trammell Crow Company of Texas, the site was improved with the foundations for two office buildings and the steel erected, but never completed, for the first building. The site has languished for over 20 years and been called the “Eyesore of Morris County”.
